Do you ship SARMs to Australia?

Yes! We have lots of happy customers in Australia who order their SARMs from us and love our fast shipping.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping is a flat rate of $10 per order, which includes Express Postage and Tracking. However, when you order 2 or more items, we’ll cover the postage!

How long does it take for my products to arrive?

Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your location.

If you need to inquire about the status of your delivery, please wait at least 7 full business days from the date of your order before contacting us.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes, once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email and SMS so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.

Can you guarantee delivery?

Yes. If you’re order doesn’t make it to your door, we’ll re-send it at no extra cost. This includes if it gets stopped anywhere along the way or goes missing in transit. To put it in perspective, we’ve only had 13 orders go missing in 9 years.

Please note: if your tracking is marked as delivered, that means it made it to your door and we won’t replace it. This is a common scam we’ve faced in the past where bad customers have tried to get free products and if someone in your street likes to take packages, ship it somewhere else.

My order says delivered but I can’t find it?

If your order’s tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received it, please first check with your local post office. If your order is not at the post office, please contact us at support@maxsarms.com and we’ll see what we can do.

How is my order packed?

Discreetly, don’t worry! There’s nothing on the outside that says what’s inside and we do our best to protect the bottle from delivery drivers who like to throw parcels like they’re in the state of origin!
