First order money back guarantee

It’s simple. We stand behind the quality of our products 110%. If you don’t achieve the desired results, we’ll refund the cost of up to 2 bottles from your order, excluding postage. If you order 1 bottle, we’ll refund its full cost. If you order more, we will refund the equivalent cost of up to 2 bottles.

Please note, this only applies to your first order and in claiming your money back, you won’t be able to purchase from us in the future. Because why would you want to buy from us again if you weren’t happy?

What if my item arrived damaged?

We apologise for the inconvenience and will help get that sorted for you asap.

We accept exchanges for damaged or defective products within 28 days of purchase. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at support@maxsarms.com with details of the defects and photographic evidence. Claims must be made within 28 days of purchase and must include photographic proof for verification.

We will notify you by email if your claim is approved and provide instructions for receiving your replacement item(s).

What if I don’t get the desired results after subsequent orders?
